Getting an unlocked Motorola v3xxx RAZR to work properly

I a moment ago bought an unlocked Motorola v3xxx RAZR which has a Vodafone operating set-up on it.  I can make and take calls sunny, access my contacts, and do text messaging, but my better half has a similar phone with the verified ATT operating system on it and I like that cured.  Is there any way to get that operating plan onto this phone?  Also, is there any proceeding else I should know hither setting it up to use the internet, voicemail, etc.  If I with this to an ATT store, will they do it for me since I get an ATT SIM card with a valid account linked to it?  Thanks.
